The thing that really gets me is that I can't decide weather or not it is better to be busy or slow during this time? I guess somewhere in btw... where you can coast, and make it home in time for supper, followed by guitar/book/movie and then ultimately a dark and undisturbed 10 hours of peaceful sleep.
